Dave Pawlowski joined CuraLinc Healthcare in 2014. He is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including nearly 20 years in workforce mental health. Dave is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) with expertise in engaging and empowering clients and organizations through solution-focused counseling and consultation.

Dave provides both clinical and account services for CuraLinc Healthcare. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the delivery of all clinical and organizational services. He also leads CuraLinc’s team of organizational consultants – providing training services, crisis intervention, formal management referral consultation and organizational consultation services.  

Dave received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and his master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
