1. What is the Behavioral Health Tech conference all about?

The 2025 Behavioral Health Tech (BHT2025) conference is the largest conference focused on expanding access to mental health, substance use and autism & I/DD care through technology, health equity and innovation. The event convenes health plans, employers, behavioral health providers, digital health companies, investors and policy makers to connect for the purposes of advancing access to behavioral healthcare for all.

The in-person conference will take place on November 11-13th, 2025 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina in San Diego, California.  Plan to fly in on the afternoon or evening of November 10th and fly out the afternoon of November 13th.

While our main event takes place in-person, you can still watch recordings of the event afterwards.

If you attended BHT2024, login to the portal using your registration credentials for FREE access to the content library.

If you couldn’t make it, you can access the full library with a $25 minimum donation to our 2024 non-profit partner, the Institute for Exceptional Care (IEC). All donations go to IEC

Our registration launched on April 15th, 2025.

We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible, while supplies last. Rooms and tickets will sell out quickly again this year. Speakers will be refunded for the ticket they purchased if selected. All applicants of our Call For Speaker application will be notified of their application status by May 31st, 2025.

Standard tickets will cost $1,998–$2,700 depending on the time of year—be sure to register early for the best price! Tickets include the cost of all meals during the conference: breakfasts, break refreshments, lunches and evening receptions.

In line with our mission to make mental health, substance use and I/DD services and information accessible for all, we are continuing to grant donation-based access to our on-demand session recordings after the event. Thanks to several generous sponsors, we have scholarships available on a first-come, first-serve basis here for early-stage startups, non-profits, government leaders, students and more. Members of the press are eligible to attend BHT2025 complimentary.
