Global Head of Mental Health, Youtube, Google
Dr. DiVento Dzuban is a licensed clinical psychologist who brings expertise in technology and mental health, and university health experience to the board.
For nearly six years, DiVento Dzuban has supported mental health efforts at Google and is currently the Global Head of Mental Health for YouTube. In this role, she works with content creators and partners to promote authoritative and helpful mental health content on the platform. She also works across product and policy departments to ensure that YouTube is a supportive platform for mental health for consumers. Previous to this role, she oversaw employee mental health for the company as YouTube’s first Chief Mental Health Advisor.
Prior to Google, DiVento Dzuban worked for almost a decade at non-profits, primarily in university health at several Bay Area universities, where she specialized in treating anxiety, grief, crisis stabilization, young adult identity development, and adults with complex childhood trauma. For almost three years, she was the Director of Clinical Training at Notre Dame de Namur University, and she was nationally recognized as an Outstanding New Professional in Jesuit Student Affairs for her work at Santa Clara University.
DiVento Dzuban received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and her masters and doctorate in clinical psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. In her free time, she enjoys living by the beach in Northern California with her partner and their four children.
