Katherine Nisbet is currently the Chief Clinical Officer of New Freedom in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, Mrs. Nisbet contributes to leadership and counsel to improve clinical re-entry services for behavioral health professionals, technicians and paraprofessionals providing services to people exiting from incarceration.Mrs. Nisbet holds several licenses and certifications that assist with program development and enhancing behavioral health services including Independent License in Substance Abuse Counseling, certification as a Co-Occurring Gambling Specialist, a certification as an Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor and as a Criminal Justice Addictions Professional.Mrs. Nisbet earned a Master of Science, Substance Abuse Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health.
