Katie is the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Headspace, where she leads enterprise partnership strategy and is responsible for customer satisfaction among health plans, providers, public sector entities, and other non-healthcare clients. Katie has more than 14 years of experience in driving healthcare strategy for private and publicly traded companies, including Evolent Health, World Congress, and most recently, Ginger, prior to its merger with Headspace in 2021, which resulted in the creation of an end-to-end mental health platform.

Prior to joining Ginger, she was the Chief Customer Officer at Evolent Health where she oversaw strategy and integration across solution teams to enhance the customer experience for the company’s largest hospital and health plan partners. In that role, she worked collaboratively with health plan customers and provider partners on overall performance, including network operations, provider engagement and clinical initiatives.

After graduating from Villanova University with a B.A. degree in Communications, Katie began her career as a journalist with MSNBC.
