VP of Clinical Operations, NeuroFlow
Matt Miclette is the VP of Clinical Operations at NeuroFlow and the co-Founder and Executive Director of the Veteran nonprofit, Action Tank. A former Army Captain, Matt has treated physical and psychological trauma, and as a board-certified mental health registered nurse, he has leveraged this diverse experience to significantly improve mental health and substance use disorder policies. His contributions to the field were recognized when NeuroFlow was awarded the Mission Daybreak prize for suicide prevention innovation by the VA. Prior to this, Miclette conducted policy research at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics and served on the Philadelphia Mayor’s Opioid Task Force. With a BSN from the University of Vermont and dual MPH and MS in Social Policy degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Miclette is widely recognized for his role in integrating behavioral health into primary care and in developing digital health solutions for a broad spectrum of healthcare stakeholders.
