Speaker's Profile

Morgann Noble is current student at Howard University majoring in Marketing from Arlington, Virginia. She has plans to pursue a career in entertainment or sports marketing with an end goal of becoming Chief Marketing Officer at a fortune 500 company. Morgann is an aspiring executive who plans to bring awareness to the underrepresentation of BIPOC communities in the corporate space while also assuring constant conversation and understanding of DEI. She also works as a model, speaker, and influencer to continue to share content that is important to her. Her areas of focus are DEI, mental health, education and solutions, and coping skills. She was featured in the Unilever Dove: Real Cost of Beauty campaign in 2022 and has continued her efforts to grow her brand and spread awareness. Morgann deferred for her first year after high school and interned at a mental health non-profit: The AAKOMA Project. She learned useful in-office skills as well as networking and virtual interaction skills.
