Rachel McCrickard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Motivo Health. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist herself, Rachel withstood a two-hour weekly commute to complete her required clinical supervision hours over two years. That experience gave her a front-seat view into the geographic boundaries that preclude therapists from completing state licensure requirements. When states began changing laws to allow supervision virtually, Rachel was galvanized to take action. In 2018, she created the first virtual clinical supervision to provide accessible clinical supervision to behavioral health companies.

Today, Motivo partners with over 130 community mental health organizations, treatment centers, digital health companies, and health plans to provide virtual access to quality, vetted clinical supervisors across all 50 states.
