Since joining Florida Blue in 2011, Samantha has held several leadership positions. In her current role as Senior Director of Behavioral Health Strategy and Operational Integration and a proven change leader and data-driven decision maker, she spearheads the creation of strategies, alliances, and enterprise-level initiatives that deliver innovative healthcare technology and operational solutions that improve Florida Blue’s member outcomes, plan affordability, and whole person health of their members and communities.
