Sushant Gupta is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience across marketing, technology, and strategy. He currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Meomind, an innovative digital mental health enterprise expanding access to therapy worldwide.During the most difficult times of Sushant’s life, his therapist served as a source of strength and solace. Therefore, Sushant has made it his mission to guarantee everybody has access to high quality therapy. This ambition spurred him into action and, together with his co-founders, Meomind was born.Previously, Sushant was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised public health, medical devices and life sciences clients on strategy, operations, and digital transformation. He then joined Abbott Laboratories overseeing marketing teams and commercial strategy. After Abbott, Sushant served Philips Healthcare as a senior leader in Strategy, M&A and Alliances for Philips' digital health and devices business. He was later an Investor at Gilde Venture Capital, focused on venture and growth investments in healthcare technology.Sushant then joined Optum (part of UnitedHealth Group) and led product management and go-to-market strategy for a suite of mental health solutions serving enterprise clients.Sushant holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also has an MS and BS in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur. With his blend of healthcare expertise and passion for innovation, Sushant leads Meomind in its mission to pioneer the future of mental healthcare
