A practicing attorney for over twelve years, Tiffani is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey. Tiffani served as Assistant Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York where she specialized in affordable housing. Tiffani has long been an advocate for marginalized and low-income communities. Previously, Tiffani held positions at Goldman Sachs and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, a large international law firm. Tiffani received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and her B.B. A. from Temple University, Fox School of Business. Tiffani is a mom of two young children, including a baby boy who was born at 32 weeks' gestation and stayed 22 days in the NICU. Having struggled with postpartum depression after the births of both of her children, Tiffani is passionate about creating improvements in the area of perinatal mental health for all moms, especially black moms who often suffer from "weathering" and experience inequitable treatment when attempting to obtain healthcare. Tiffani has held many titles over the years but the title that she is most proud of is "mom" and now, she gets to add "NICU mom" to her resume.
