About Me

Dr. Adam Haim is the Chief of the Treatment and Preventive Intervention Research Branch and the Chief of the Small Business Innovation Research and the Small Business Technology Transfer program within the Division of Services and Intervention Research at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Dr. Haim is leader in mental health intervention science, including research focused on enhancing and personalizing interventions to ensure that they are maximally effective and optimally matched to individual needs. His nearly 20 years of experience have given him a deep knowledge of intervention technology development and dissemination throughout the funding lifecycle.

Dr. Haim is a licensed clinical psychologist and earned his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from State University of New York at Albany and completed his research fellowship at the NIMH Intramural Program in the Division of Clinical Neuroendocrinology.
