Rachel B. Goodman is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, and a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and national Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team. Rachel provides strategic and creative advice, helping health care clients build and scale their businesses nationally. From transactional and regulatory counseling to serving as outside general counsel, she creates and implements scalable strategies and programs with a focus on proactive, practical compliance and cost-effective legal solutions. Rachel has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers (2024).Rachel has a robust telemedicine and digital health practice in which she and Foley’s Digital Health Team serve as outside general counsel for clients on a variety of diverse matters. They have helped clients build and develop virtual care platforms, expand telehealth capabilities in the U.S., create and launch clinical trial groups, develop state-by-state telemedicine modalities and practice standards.
