Mainul I Mondal

Founder, CEO, & Member of the Board of Directors, Ellipsis Health

Mainul I Mondal is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Member of the Board of Directors of Ellipsis Health. As a skilled healthcare IT business leader, Mondal has deep experience in the technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, and defense sectors. In 2020, he was selected as a Milestone Maker by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and he serves as a member of the World Economic Forum - working to improve the state of the world by engaging leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas.

Previously, Mondal helped launch the ClearStreme initiative with the Freeman Spogli Institute at Stanford University. Prior to founding Ellipsis Health, Mondal was a Rockefeller Fellow at the Public Health Institute. He has presented lectures, ran workshops, and has been a guest speaker at leading universities including Stanford University, the University of California, and the Indian Institutes of Technology.

Tanzeem Choudhury

Senior Vice President Digital Signals, Therapeutics, and Mental Health at Optum Labs, UnitedHealth Group

Tanzeem Choudhury is a Professor of Computing and Information Sciences at Cornell Tech where she holds the Roger and Joelle Burnell Chair in Integrated Health and Technology. She is the Senior Vice President of Digital Health at Optum Labs and is a co-founder of HealthRhythms Inc, a company whose mission is to add the layer of behavioral health into all of healthcare. At Cornell, she directs the People-Aware Computing group, which focuses on innovating the future of technology-assisted well-being. The group's research in sensing-to-intervention is helping transform healthcare from a reactive to proactive system. Tanzeem received her PhD from the Media Laboratory at MIT and her undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Rochester. She has been awarded the MIT Technology Review TR35 award, NSF CAREER award, TED Fellowship, Kavli Fellowship, ACM Distinguished Membership, and Ubiquitous Computing 10-year Impact Award.

Lesliee Witt

Chief Product and Design Officer, Headspace Health

Leslie Witt is the Chief Product and Design Officer at Headspace Health, the world's most comprehensive, accessible and effective mental health and wellbeing platform, combining the reach of Headspace's global brand and science-backed meditation and mindfulness content with the power of Ginger's coaching and clinical mental health services.

Leslie's Product, Content, Science, Research, Design and Brand teams define and deliver the Headspace Health offering. They are unified by a shared commitment to positive impact and improvement - understanding diverse needs, stretching creative imagination and quality of execution, exploring the application of new technologies and experimenting their way to delivery of highly effective and delightful experiences.Prior to Headspace Health, she was focused on improving financial outcomes — most recently, at Intuit, and previously, with a wide array of partners including financial institutions, fin-tech giants, payment providers, retailers, non-profits, foundations and the public sector. She counts Visa, Wells Fargo, MetLife, the Gates Foundation, the CFPB and the World Bank amongst her portfolio of clients.

Beyond her forays in financial wellbeing, which she formalized as a new business while an Associate Partner at innovation firm IDEO, she has worked hand-in-hand with global organizations like Amazon, Nike and Walmart to bring to life retail, hospitality and health & wellness services. Her experience defining and commercializing new-to-the-world offerings has often found her leading internal efforts at organic venturing, new product definition as well as strategic M&A.

Prior to IDEO, she was an architect and academic. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from Rice, her Master of Architecture from Princeton, and most recently taught at Stanford University. She is a board member for Filoli Historic House & Gardens in California, a National Historic Trust Property. In her free time you can find her cooking, gardening, and playing piano with her twins.
