Colleen Marshall, MA, LMFT, is the Chief Clinical Officer at Two Chairs, where she brings over two decades of leadership experience in behavioral health and behavior change to her role. At Two Chairs, she has played a central role in shaping the company’s innovative care model, scaling and structuring clinical teams, and driving initiatives that elevate quality and clinical outcomes. Her leadership helps ensure the delivery of compassionate, measurement-based care at scale.Before joining Two Chairs, Colleen held executive leadership roles across a range of behavioral health organizations—including community mental health, nonprofits, startups, and digital health companies. In each role, she led the development of care models, training programs, and clinical operations strategies that advanced both provider effectiveness and organizational impact.A nationally recognized expert in behavior change methodologies, Colleen is especially known for her work with Motivational Interviewing (MI). She authored Motivational Interviewing for Leaders in the Helping Professions: Facilitating Change in Organizations and has served on the board of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), where she held roles including Chair, Treasurer, and Trainer of Trainers.Beyond her organizational leadership, Colleen regularly speaks at regional, national, and international conferences on topics including clinical leadership, implementation science, MI, and measurement-based care.Colleen holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
