Daniela Tejada is the Director of Product at Candid Health, where she leads the company's Agents team. She began her career at Munich Re, overhauling core technical infrastructure to enable large-scale AI model deployment, before joining Oscar Health to develop its provider product and operational strategy. Today, Daniela is spearheading Candid's shift toward an agent-first revenue cycle management platform, building multi-agent orchestration systems that proactively prevent billing issues before they happen and autonomously resolve complex claim exceptions that slip through the cracks.Candid’s RCM automation and AI platform leverages advanced automation to decrease the cost to collect and increase net collection rates.
