Evan Strother is Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Acadia Healthcare, the largest pure-play behavioral health provider in the United States. In this role, Evan leads enterprise strategy, drives operational performance, and champions innovation to advance care for individuals living with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.Prior to joining Acadia, Evan was with McKinsey & Company, where he led teams advising top U.S. healthcare providers on strategy, growth, technology, operations, and consumer experience. Earlier in his career, Evan also worked in healthcare private equity (FFL Partners, LLR Partners), healthcare AI, and big tech (Google).Evan earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Duke University and has an MBA in Healthcare Management and Innovation from the Wharton School.
