Matthew Serel is the CEO of You Are Accountable, a peer support, care coordination and monitoring company focused on helping individuals find and sustain recovery from SUD. A seasoned healthcare entrepreneur, he previously founded AccuPoint, an EHR platform for behavioral health, which he sold to Therapy Brands (Ensora Health). At Therapy Brands, he led the Applied Behavior Analysis Division. Matthew is also a person in long-term recovery. After surviving an opioid overdose, he committed to building solutions that support others through the most vulnerable phases of recovery. At You Are Accountable, he combines lived experience through peer support with technology and clinical coordination to reduce relapse and help the individuals they serve rebuild trust in recovery.
