Sara Rahim is the Thriving Together Portfolio Manager at SHRM Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the world's largest HR membership organization. In this role, she equips HR & employers with the skills and resources to create mentally healthy, workplace cultures of care by addressing social drivers of health, caregiving pressures, economic mobility, and durable skills development. She is a social impact practitioner with over a decade of experience leading collaborative initiatives spanning public health, workforce development, and workplace wellbeing. Sara has spearheaded multi-sector programs and fellowships engaging nonprofits, employers, and social enterprises to improve job quality, job placement, and retention outcomes. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
