Scott has daily oversight of all Commercial Operations within the Enterprise Behavioral Health division. He supports Utilization Management, Case Management, Reporting, Appeals and Auditing. Scott has responsibility for operational monitoring, process engineering and quality improvement. He has been the BH lead on multiple implementations and reviewing potential new technologies and partners.Prior to joining HCSC, Scott was Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations for Beacon Health Options. In that role, Scott was responsible for the oversight of thirteen clinical operations teams spread throughout the US with an emphasis on Employer, Health Plan and State sponsored plans that totaled over 10 million lives. Prior to that, as Regional Clinical Director he was responsible for Utilization Management, Case Management, Employee Assistance (EAP) and Disability programs for large Employer customers, many of which had sophisticated EAP programs.Scott holds an MS from Auburn University and a BS from the University of Texas at Austin.
