Shannon Fitzpatrick is the Americas Lead for the Disability Inclusion Network at Microsoft and a Senior Healthcare Partner Manager, where she manages strategic partnerships with UnitedHealth Group and Optum. With over 20 years of experience across disability and behavioral health, Shannon brings a unique perspective at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and inclusive design.She holds a BA in Disability Studies and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, and began her career working in social services with organizations such as The Salvation Army and Community Living. Prior to relocating to the United States from Canada, Shannon was the longtime host and producer of Accessibility Toronto, a television program highlighting the disability community.Shannon is a frequent speaker on neurodiversity, AI, and behavioral health, with recent engagements at Disability:IN, Behavioral Health Business Value, and Women in Tech Summit. She is passionate about advancing inclusive, technology-enabled solutions that improve access, outcomes, and workforce participation across behavioral health.
