Thu Quach, Ph.D., serves as President of Asian Health Services (AHS), a federally qualified health center serving 50,000 patients in English and 14 Asian languages. She oversees medical, dental, behavioral health, data analytics, quality, research, community services and value-based care. She has expanded culturally responsive mental health services at AHS, including starting up a specialty mental health division. With a background in epidemiology, she has led research and policy efforts to promote health access and utilization, emphasizing the importance of language access, data disaggregation and mental health. She is involved in promoting data governance that centers patient rights and privacy.
