Carrie Khan is a distinguished leader at the helm of the West Region Health, Equity, and Wellbeing team. With a remarkable 20-year track record of conceiving and executing multi-year health and wellbeing strategies, Carrie provides invaluable support to a range of clients and to the marketplace. Her consultancy experience spans a broad spectrum, encompassing strategy development, design implementation, and the identification of cutting-edge solutions. As a prominent figure within the WTW North America Mental Health Intellectual Capital community, she serves as a subject matter expert, further elevating the capabilities of the Health, Equity, and Wellbeing team.

Carrie's distinct passion lies in exploring innovative approaches that enhance member engagement and ultimately drives outcomes. Her deep understanding of the ever-evolving marketplace and its solutions underscores her expertise. Carrie's current clientele comprises esteemed industry leaders across diverse sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, energy and utilities, as well as technology.

Prior to joining WTW, Carrie worked in Human Resources, Benefits and Risk Management departments for multiple employers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

Carrie has her B.A. in Business Administration and her M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
