About Me

Greg Casson has over 18 years’ experience in the Corporate Wellbeing sector.  Initially working within the UK EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) market, Greg was part of an organisation that implemented some of the first online health risk assessments (HRAs) in the UK for Corporate clients, allowing them to enhance their EAP provision and take a proactive stance on employee wellbeing.

Greg joined Optum in October 2017 and manages many of our largest global clients.  He ensures that they maximise the services provided by Optum and that Optum presents best practice and innovation at all times.  Greg is particularly focused on how digital engagement tools and EAP solutions can motivate employees and positively impact personal and organisational wellbeing, and has successfully represented Optum at a wide range of industry conferences.
