Speaker's Profile

Tina is the Associate Vice President of Wellbeing and Safety at Nationwide. With over 30 years in occupational health and wellbeing, her passion is helping employees be healthy and well. She believes healthy employees make for healthy companies with healthy bottom lines.  Tina has led domestic and international corporate occupational health and wellbeing programs for the past 17 years. Prior to joining Nationwide, she was Global Occupational Health Manager at First Solar, and Corporate Manager of Occupational Medicine and Wellness at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Her credentials include an MBA (with a focus on Health Administration), RN, BSN and COHN-S/CM (Certified Occupational Health Nurse- Specialist/Certified Case Manager).

Tina has two children, Emily and Ben, and one ornery French Bulldog named Mia. She enjoys cycling, birding and habitat conservation, gardening and finding ways to make healthy living and eating fun.
