Speaker's Profile

Andrea is the Vice President of Population Health and Quality at Millennium Physician Group.  With over 25 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, her background includes work in managed care contracting, practice management, revenue cycle, and population health. In her current role, she is responsible for ambulatory case management, home rounding nurse practitioners, and the quality program.  Andrea came to Millennium, from CHRISTUS Health, where she spent 14 years as the Executive Director of Clinic Operations and later of Population Health.  As she moved into value-based care in the past 10 years, she has effectively partnered with physicians on group practice management, improving outcomes of high-risk and complex patient populations, lowering the cost of care, and improving medical margin.
