As senior vice president for Clinical Affairs and Ambulatory Care at NYU Langone Health, Andrew Rubin is responsible for the NYU Langone Health physician practice network (Faculty Group Practice), overseeing more than 3,800 physicians with an annual revenue of over $4 billion. The Faculty Group Practice is composed of over 300 locations across the New York City metropolitan area, on Long Island and in Florida. It has been recognized by Vizient, Inc., as the No. 1 physician practice for eight of the last nine years.Additionally, Mr. Rubin supports affiliations with the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, as well as several hospital-based ambulatory divisions of NYU Langone Health. Mr. Rubin is a nationally recognized healthcare expert, who has been included in Crain’s New York Business 2021 list of Notable LGBTQ Leaders and Executives. A frequent guest on several national news and syndicated talk shows, he also hosts “HealthCare Connect,” a weekly SiriusXM satellite radio show that helps consumers navigate and understand our complex healthcare/health insurance industry. Prior to joining NYU Langone Health in 2002, Mr. Rubin held a leadership role in the Healthcare Consulting Division of Price Waterhouse. He received a bachelor's degree from Skidmore College and a master's degree in health administration from Tulane University.
