Ann O’Grady is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years experiencing working in employee assistance programs, care management and behavioral health clinical operations leadership roles, including positions at Cigna, Optum and New Directions. Ann is especially committed to consumer experience, access to care, evidence- based practices and payor provider partnerships. Special interest areas include provider collaboration initiatives for complex conditions including eating and substance use disorders, as well as population health case management program development. Currently at Independence Blue Cross, focus areas include access to care strategies, provider partnerships ,value-based program development and integrated behavioral health approaches. Ann holds an MSW from the University of Maryland and lives outside of Philadelphia.
