Anna Bobb is a distinguished philanthropic and strategic advisor, based in the heart of the nation's capital. With a passion for catalyzing real-world change, Anna specializes in empowering individual philanthropists and foundations to make a tangible impact. She is renowned for forging meaningful relationships and cultivating unique insights that transform research into actionable practices. Drawing upon over two decades of experience, Anna has spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives and coalitions. Her expertise spans diverse sectors including philanthropy, government, leading health systems, corporations, unions, and the nonprofit sector.Anna's devotion to this meaningful work was fostered during her tenure at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she advised subsidiaries and departments from the health system’s primary care group to its international practice. She also orchestrated collaborations with Fortune 500 employers, insurers, and health non-profits, driving national health quality and policy initiatives. Later, she developed initiatives in commercialization and innovation, collaborating with leading scientists, FDA experts, and philanthropic leaders.In her recent role, Anna pioneered a groundbreaking program at The Philanthropy Roundtable, identifying important health opportunities for philanthropists. Prior to this, she helped establish a philanthropic fund that provided full-tuition scholarships for children of victims of 9/11 and attacks on U.S. embassies. Anna's versatile expertise encompasses areas such as poverty alleviation, mental health advocacy, social determinants, medical education, and health workforce development.Anna holds a master's degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University, underpinning her commitment and devotion to driving positive change in public health and philanthropy.
