Bryan O. Buckley, DrPH, MPH, MBA, is a health equity-focused and systems-oriented leader in health delivery system redesign, performance improvement, and change management. Currently, Dr. Buckley is the Head of Public Health at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst), where he champions enterprise health equity initiatives and leads the strategic development and execution. Dr. Buckley holds a Doctor of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University.
