Cara McNulty, DPA, is a nationally recognized leader and health scientist with a proven track record of driving population well-being outcomes across various sectors, including employer, government, payer, provider, start-up, and education. As CEO of Vibrant Emotional Health, Cara is at the forefront of efforts to break the stigma surrounding mental health and improve access to behavioral health care nationwide. Under her leadership, Vibrant is making a profound impact on the national mental health system and advancing support for individuals, families, and communities in need.Cara is known for her unique ability to apply evidence-based health science to practical business strategies, delivering measurable results. Her expertise in People & Organizational Performance Practices has enabled stakeholders to scale solutions that drive population-level mental health improvements. As a passionate advocate for mental health care accessibility, Cara supports Vibrant's mission to create a society where emotional wellness is within reach for all.Before joining Vibrant, Cara served as President of Behavioral Health and Mental Well-being at CVS Health, led Wellbeing for Willis Towers Watson, and oversaw Population Health and Team Member Wellness at Target. She also played a pivotal role in the development of Minnesota’s landmark population health care legislation. Cara holds a doctorate in public administration from Hamline University, a Master of Science in applied health science from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in community health education from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
