Dr. Caroline Fenkel, LCSW, is a leader in adolescent mental healthcare and a telehealth enthusiast.

Dr. Fenkel oversees all aspects of Charlie Health’s clinical programming, including the delivery of evidence-based care by a team of 600+ expert therapists. She also leads Charlie Health’s industry-leading Research and Clinical Outcomes team, which regularly publishes peer-reviewed insights related to the treatment of young people.

Before co-founding Charlie Health and stepping into the position of Chief Clinical Officer, Caroline has over 15 years in evidence-based mental healthcare, including direct clinical experience working with youth and families across all levels of therapeutic care, ranging from residential to outpatient treatment.
