Carrie is a distinguished consultant leading the West Region Health, Equity, and Wellbeing team and Executive Sponsor of the WTW North America Mental Health Intellectual Capital community. With a 20-year track record in executing multi-year health and wellbeing strategies, Carrie provides support to a range of clients and to the marketplace. Her consultancy experience spans a broad-spectrum encompassing wellbeing and mental health strategy, analytics, design, point solution evaluation and implementation. Carrie's thorough understanding of the ever-evolving marketplace and its solutions provides clients and consultants with valuable insights.

Carrie's current clientele comprised of healthcare, hospitality, energy and utilities, as well as technology employers.

Prior to Carrie’s 16-year consulting career, Carrie worked in Health & Benefits and Risk Management departments for multiple employers in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Carrie has her B.A. in Business Administration and her M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in Pennsylvania
