Clare Kennedy Purvis, PsyD, is the founder of WELL, a leadership community for women in digital health. She is also a licensed clinical psychologist and an expert in digital health innovation. Clare’s work focuses on empowering women clinicians and leaders to navigate and succeed in the healthcare tech industry through mentorship, community, and education. Clare also serves as an advisor for select healthcare startups including Outset and Flo, and has consulted on digital health strategy for clients including Alphabet and Sanofi. She previously held roles as Chief Product Officer at Mindcure, Vice President of Clinical Product at Headspace Health, and Head of Clinical Product at Lantern. Clare completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University’s Clinical Excellence Research Center, where she remains an Affiliate Scholar, contributing to research on the use of technology to improve healthcare affordability.
