David Cooper, PsyD. is a digital health expert who is currently Director of Mental Health Product Strategy at Teladoc. He is also the Executive Director for Therapists in Tech, the largest non-profit organization of clinicians working in digital mental health. Finally, David is also an inaugural member of the APA’s Mental Health Tech Advisory Committee. With a background in clinical psychology, David has led the development, management, and implementation of digital health solutions,with organizations like the US Department of Defense, the AMA and FDA, and top US hospitals on their digital health strategies and portfolios.
