Dorothea Scattaglia is currently the Sr. Director of Emotional Wellbeing for Comcast NBCUniversal overseeing the company’s overall design and strategy for Mental Health benefits, preventative resources and digital solutions, and additional programs to help employees manage work and life priorities. Prior to joining the Comcast team, Dorothea served NBCUniversal for over 25 years in several capacities including employee and health engagement, community investment, and internal communications.
