Speaker's Profile

Ellen Hallsworth is the Director of Bradley REACH, the outreach and telehealth program of Bradley Hospital, the oldest pediatric psychiatric hospital in the United States. Ellen has led the expansion of Bradley REACH’s virtual partial hospitalization program for adolescents. She also manages Bradley Hospital’s consultations with other institutions on providing specialized behavioral health services.
Ellen has a background in health care policy and innovation. She previously led a large telehealth project at the Peterson Center on Healthcare. Ellen also led strategy and business development at the Health Foundation, one of the UK’s largest health care focused philanthropies, and worked at a think tank, the Institute for Government in London.
She has a BA in Social & Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MA in Language, Culture & History from University College London. Outside of work she runs half marathons and enjoys hiking in upstate New York.
