Inderpreet Dhillon, M.D., MBA, is a seasoned Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist with over 17 years of patient care experience. He recently joined Grow Therapy as a senior medical director after spending more than 13 years with Kaiser Permanente's The Permanente Medical Group, where he held several key administrative roles, including Associate Chair for Access and Operations and Interim Chair for Mental Health. Most recently, he served as the Medical Director for Virtual Care Programs, overseeing the External Provider Network. Inder is dedicated to creating systems that ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective, and equitable mental health care for diverse populations.
