Dr. James Polo has more than 30 years of healthcare experience in the commercial and military arenas. Prior to joining the team, James served as the Executive Medical Director for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon. There he worked with clinical and business partners to facilitate the optimization of a comprehensive provider network that was member-centric and cost-effective. Jim proudly served in the United States Army. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. James also received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University.
