Jessica Johnson is the Director of Complex Health Solutions Research and Development at CareSource, specializing in Behavioral Health (BH) and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). Jessica is an individual with lived experience whos clinical background started as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Ohio, where she supported programming an array of settings, including clinical therapy, quick response team models, recovery housing, peer support programming, criminal justice interventions, SUD harm reduction, and more. Jessica brought the experience of designing innovative initiatives within the community solutioning for existing gaps in care to CareSource, where she leads a team responsible for researching, innovating, and creating interventions, programs, and models around BH and SDOH to improve member care and quality of life.
