Jim has an extensive career in employee benefits with large, global companies. After more than 25 years leading benefit teams at Fortune 100 companies, Jim has recently joined the Integrated Benefits Institute (IBI) as President and CEO. As the leading research organization in workplace health and productivity, the Institute provides the data, research and tools professionals need to make sound decisions in how they invest in the health of their workforces.Jim serves in several industry association leadership roles including the Board of Governors and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCOIR); past Board Chair at the Business Group on Health and a past Board member at the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC). Jim graduated with a Master of Science degree with a concentration in Health Care Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin.
