Speaker's Profile

Lisa is a life-long learner with over 15 years of project management experience across a variety of industries. She enjoys leading end-to-end strategies while partnering with cross-functional team members. Lisa has been a member of the leadership team of Best Buy’s disABILITIES ERG since 2021 and is currently serving as the Chair of this Employee Resource Group (ERG). She has personal experience in living with non-apparent disabilities and understands the challenges many face in trying to find mental health resources. Lisa is a leader within the ID&E space at Best Buy helping to create and launch an I&D Hour program within her team which expanded to other areas of the organization. She enjoys meeting new people, hearing their stories, and is an advocate for inclusion and creating a community of belonging for everyone.
