Michael Lawrence is co-CEO of Two Dot, where he leverages his extensive background in healthcare technology and entrepreneurship to drive innovation in behavioral health solutions. Before co-founding Two Dot, Michael built cutting-edge caregiver support solutions focused on reducing caregiver burden by providing tools and support to save time, and money and reducing stress. Head of Growth & Global Strategy at Onduo (acquired by Verily/Google Life Sciences), he played a pivotal role in scaling virtual care delivery for people with Type 2 Diabetes, significantly growing covered lives and co-developing first-of-their-kind health products in partnership with major insurers. Prior to Bright Health, as founder and CEO of Spyder Trap (acquired by Bright Health), Michael built an industry-leading marketing and technology company that developed cutting-edge solutions for Fortune 10 healthcare clients. Spyder Trap earned recognition as one of Minnesota's "Best Places to Work" for seven consecutive years. Michael's commitment to advancing healthcare extends beyond his operational roles. He serves as a strategic advisor to several healthcare technology companies. His work has earned numerous recognitions, including being named to Minnesota Business Magazine's Leaders in Healthcare and Real Power 50.
