Mitch (Kost) Chaney is the Managing Director for Market Access at Innsena. Previously, Mitch held positions at the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT(ONC) as the Special Assistant and Stakeholder Coordinator for two National Coordinators. Mitch provided support and guidance on executive federal policy initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, legislative affairs, and national programs. Mitch also played a key role in the establishment of the Federal Health IT Coordinating Council and the Health Information Technology Advisory Committee (HITAC). Prior to her government service, Mitch worked as a behavioral therapist specializing in addiction treatment, dual diagnosis, and crisis intervention and was a Senior Associate for Pew Charitable Trust with her work focusing on public and health policy. Mitch holds a master’s degree in public health from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from George Mason University.
