Speaker's Profile

Dr. Giger has been with Providence for nearly twenty years and currently serves as Medical Director for Behavioral Health at Providence Health Plan. Dr. Giger has served in numerous roles during his time at Providence including as Senior Regional Medical Director at Providence Medical Group overseeing the Oregon region as well as co-chair for the system Zero Suicide quality improvement initiative. Dr. Giger remains clinically active by supporting Providence inpatient units in the Portland area. Dr. Giger also serves on the board of directors for Cascadia Healthcare and is an active member of the Oregon Autism Commission.
