Rachel McCrickard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Motivo Health. Motivo is helping solve the nation’s behavioral health crisis by supporting therapists through the licensure process. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist herself, Rachel withstood a weekly two-hour commute to complete her required clinical supervision hours over the course of two years. That experience gave her a front-seat view into the geographic barriers that preclude behavioral health professionals from serving rural areas. Motivo is the largest platform connecting behavioral health professionals to virtual clinical supervisors, supporting thousands of aspiring therapists, counselors, social workers, and behavior analysts on their road to licensure.
