Speaker's Profile

Rebecca leads the development of client diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategies and solutions for Aon's Health Transformation team with a focus on health equity and neurodiversity. In her role, she works with employers across all industries to enhance talent attraction and retention, address diverse workforce needs, and improve population health and wellbeing. Rebecca is actively involved in Aon’s Empowering Abilities business resource group and a member of the Neurodiversity Employment Network in Philadelphia. She is a passionate advocate for disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
