Dr. Sahar Dawi is a Senior Advisor and the Lead of Behavioral Health at Accenture, where she combines her clinical and technical expertise to address the complex needs of clients in the mental health and addictions space. Holding a Ph.D. in Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience, Dr. Dawi is a recognized subject matter expert who uses her knowledge to guide clients toward effective, evidence-based solutions. With a strong commitment to making real, lasting changes in behavioral health, Dr. Dawi has spent many years tackling pressing issues within the field. Recently, she authored a national white paper on the behavioral health workforce shortage, offering insights and strategies that help clients navigate this critical challenge. Her project experience includes key initiatives like Michigan’s 988 MiCal solution, Ohio’s 988 efforts, and expanding Accenture’s behavioral health work in Canada.
