Speaker's Profile

Sarah Fleury is the managing director of behavioral health at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of RI. She is a leader in the behavioral healthcare space and works diligently to ensure that BCBSRI members have access to high quality, affordable behavioral healthcare. Sarah is also responsible for oversight of care management services, ensuring that members get needed care in the right place at the right time. Prior to joining BCBSRI in 2010, Sarah worked in clinical, advocacy and care coordination roles in community mental health with adults and children. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of America’s National Catholic School of Social Service and a BA from Providence College in Public and Community Service Studies.
