Dr. Srini Karra is a dedicated operations executive with over 20 years of professional experience, boasting a track record of proven success in leading, turning around, and transforming large business operations within Healthcare, Insurance, and Finance organizations. Srini possesses a strong background in Information Technology and consistently brings business insights and innovative solutions to tackle even the most complex challenges, while always prioritizing the customer experience. In the Director of Product role, Srini will work across the enterprise, and especially in partnership with the Provider Relations Team, to develop and execute our Behavioral Health Network strategy. Srini holds a doctorate in Healthcare Management & Policy from UT Health Science Center, Houston, and an MBA in Global Management & Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
